The Farm is destination of many groups of students for guided tours and cultural orientation in agriculture and in administration, is located in the province of Palermo in Sicily since 1970.

The Company uses the olive-stone to produce energy, in fact, health and water environments throughout the Company are heated with a boiler suitable for burning olive-stone.
